Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Assist in communication between the company and French-speaking partners or customers. Support team members with language-related tasks and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on customer requests as necessary. Key Requirements: Language Proficiency: B2 certification in French or native fluency is required. Educational Background: HSC or equivalent educational qualification. Experience: Open to freshers or those with up to 6 months of experience. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new environments, work well under pressure, and be open to relocation if necessary. Customer Service Orientation: A strong customer service mindset with the ability to empathize with clients and address their needs effectively.
