Office Management: Keep the office running smoothly by handling supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with service providers. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee details, contracts, and documents. Payroll and Benefits: Help process payroll, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Education: A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is helpful but not required. Experience: Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency with basic office software like Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
