Position Overview: As a Digital Marketing Specialist at The Coffee Brewery, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our coffee restaurant and drive sales. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing, to create engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our coffee restaurant, and generate sales.
Manage all aspects of our digital presence, including website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Create engaging and relevant content for our digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously identify new opportunities to reach and engage our target audience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and media outlets, to enhance our digital marketing efforts and maximize reach.
Identify and implement strategies to enhance our online reputation and customer satisfaction, including managing online reviews and responding to customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and email marketing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving business objectives.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
