Role & responsibilities
Brand Development and Management: Develop and maintain the hospital's brand identity. Ensure consistent branding across all hospital materials and platforms. Monitor and manage the hospital's reputation and image.
Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local, regional, and national media outlets. Handle media inquiries and arrange interviews with hospital experts. Draft and distribute press releases and media alerts.
Content Creation: Create and manage content for the hospital's website, social media, and other digital platforms. Produce high-quality articles, blog posts, videos, and other content related to the hospital's services and achievements
Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication within the hospital to maintain consistent messaging and brand alignment. Keep hospital staff informed about important updates and initiatives. Take hospital rounds daily for creative changes / installation of new creatives.
Event Management: Organize and promote hospital events, such as health fairs, seminars, walkathons, Cyclethons and workshops etc. Coordinate the logistics of events to ensure they run smoothly.
Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with other healthcare providers, government agencies, and relevant organizations to enhance the hospital's reputation and outreach.
