Lead Management Addressing to the requirements/queries from different social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Google, Company Website. 2. Client Relationship Management - Addressing to the various queries raised by the clients (Inbound) from different platform by coordinating with concerned team/department. 3. Digital Marketing An internship in Digital Marketing or Knowledge is value add 4. Assist in developing and implementing the companys brand strategy 5. Social Media coordination - Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. 6. Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments For Digital Marketing Executive: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads. Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement. Qualification 1. Any Graduate/Post Graduate with good Communication and articulation skills 2. Good attitude with Interpersonal skills and team player 3. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
