Position- Business Development Executive Location: Chennai Qualification- Any marketing or media related degree Job description: • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives. • Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engines, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling digital content, including social media posts, blog articles, and multimedia, ensuring alignment with our brands voice and objectives. • Manage and optimize the companys search engine marketing efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and PPC campaigns, to improve online visibility and drive targeted traffic. • Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to ROX Hitechs brand and product guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging and values across all platforms. • Track and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. • Oversee and manage the companys social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and communications, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts. Preferred candidates: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in, Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Strong interest in business development and sales, with a passion for the IT consulting industry. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with an ethical mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Individuals with the highest level of innovative thinking • Proficiency in using Adobe photoshop/ Illustrator • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Sports background (Preferred) with a bright and vibrant personality.
