Job description for L1 Software Support:
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Assist users with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution, including software installation, account setup, and system configuration.
Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge, best practices, and solutions.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their support tickets and resolution progress.
Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through any self-course or internal training.
