Managing internal events and communication Responsible for all sales meeting proceedings and documentation Sales Publicity and Promotion Responsible for sales promotion Creating and implementing campaigns to promote products, services and events Identifying opportunities for positive media coverage Coordinating events, press conference and promotional activities Social media management Developing and implementing social media strategies Monitoring and engaging with the audience on social media platform Managing online reputation and addressing any issues that arises Community Relations Building and maintaining relationship with local community Participating in community events and initiatives Addressing community concerns and feedback Brand Management Developing and maintaining the organizations brand image and identity Ensuring consistency in messaging across various communication channels Monitoring and managing brand perception Public Affairs Engaging with government bodies, regulators and other public entities Monitoring and influencing public policy and regulatory issues.
