Facilitating communication within the organization to ensure consistent messaging
Keeping employees informed about company news, changes and updates.
Managing internal events and communication
Responsible for all sales meeting proceedings and documentation
Sales Publicity and Promotion
Responsible for sales promotion
Creating and implementing campaigns to promote products, services and events
Identifying opportunities for positive media coverage
Coordinating events, press conference and promotional activities
Social media management
Developing and implementing social media strategies
Monitoring and engaging with the audience on social media platform
Managing online reputation and addressing any issues that arises
Community Relations
Building and maintaining relationship with local community
Participating in community events and initiatives
Addressing community concerns and feedback
Brand Management
Developing and maintaining the organizations brand image and identity
Ensuring consistency in messaging across various communication channels
Monitoring and managing brand perception
Public Affairs
Engaging with government bodies, regulators and other public entities
Monitoring and influencing public policy and regulatory issues.
Event Management
Planning and executive events ,such as product launches, press conference and trade shows
Coordinating logistics and managing relationship with event partners
Measurement and Evaluation
Measuring the effectiveness of PR campaign
Analyzing media coverage and sentiments
Gathering feedback and data to access the impact of communication efforts
Conducting thorough market research to understand the target audience, competitors and industry trends
Analyzing customer needs and pain points to tailor the messaging effectively
Messaging and positioning
Crafting clear and compelling messages that highlights the unique selling prepositions of the product and services
Developing a strong positioning strategy to diffrentiate the offering in the market
Content Creation
Developing high-quality content such as blog post, articles and white papers that showcase the expertise of the company and the value of the product or services
Creating engaging multimedia content like video and infographics to support the messaging (visual, video, voice over and video ppt)
Social Media Engagement
Utilizing social media platform to create buzz and excitement around the upcoming product and services
Engaging with the audience through teaser, campaigns, polls and interactive contents
Print Media
Responsible for designing ,printing and managing stocks for official brochures, magazine and leaflets as per the requirement by sales team
Maintained an organized inventory printed materials, including brochures, magazines and leaflets
Implement a system for stock level, anticipating reordering needs and avoiding stock outs
Work closely with the sales team to understand demand pattern and adjust stock levels accordingly
Influencer Partnership
Collaborating with industry influencers and thought leaders to endorse or preview of the product
Arranging for influencers to create content or reviews that highlights the benefits and features
Customer Testimonial and Case Studies
Collecting and showcasing positive testimonials and case study from beta users or early adopters
Highlighting success stories to build credibility and trust among potential customers
Crisis Management
Developing and implementing crisis communication plans to handle emergencies or negative situation
Providing guidance to the organizations leadership during crises
Managing communication to minimize damage to the organizations reputation
Being prepared to respond promptly to any negative publicity and manage the companies reputation effectively
Training Sales Team
Providing training material session to sales team to ensure they are well equipped with the important information so that they can answer customer query
