Description
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Taking care of end to end recruitment for both technical and non-technical profiles.
Maintaining hiring candidate database on a regular basis
Generating Offer Letters, Appointment Letters and Relieving & Experience Letters for the employees.
Maintain status reports on various requirements, candidate status, offers and joining status
Maintain employees’ leaves, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of employees’ attendance and reporting to the concerned Manager.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Support staff with HR-related issues, including, compensation benefits, misconduct, and any problem resolution.
