As a Digital Marketing Manager at Lavanya Tech, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve exceptional performance results. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in performance marketing and a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance their digital marketing efforts. Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimize results and achieve KPIs. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and refine digital marketing strategies tailored to each clients unique needs and goals. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure that our strategies are cutting-edge and effective. Budget Management: Oversee and manage client budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
