Description
Role & responsibilities
Work on dual-track, science-centric roadmaps for cross-functional development and analysis teams.
Design and implement experiments based on data analysis or user research, driving decisions after evaluating the success or failure of these experiments.
Conduct user interviews to gain insights and uncover hidden problems.
Create a value-driven feature roadmap for the tech team, utilizing validated models and outcomes from experiments.
Perform data analysis to interpret experimental results in the context of user behavior and business objectives.
Understand business challenges and goals to frame data analysis questions and create models that support business decision-making.
Collaborate with data scientists to develop models and frameworks that power products.
Work closely with data engineers to define the data lifecycle, including integrating data science and AI models into products.
Preferred candidate profile
Good understanding of the Basics of statistics.
Proficient in SQL/Python and experience with analyzing metrics, good at understanding data.
Some experience with product design and development processes.
Some experience with Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices.
Some understanding of the methodologies and approaches used in the scientific analytics process.
