Job Description:
As a Pocketful Scout Team, your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard new sub-brokers, channel partners, and authorized persons. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our sub-broker network by building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions that meet the needs of potential partners. This role requires a strategic mindset, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the stock market and broking industry.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential sub-brokers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
● Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective sub-brokers by understanding their business needs and presenting customized solutions.
● Onboarding Process: Guide new sub-brokers through the onboarding process, including documentation, SEBI registration, and KYC verification.
● Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sub-broker acquisition targets.
● Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and webinars to educate sub-brokers on the benefits of partnering with Pocketful.
● Client Management: Act as a point of contact for sub-brokers, ensuring they receive ongoing support and assistance to grow their client base.
● Market Analysis: Keep track of competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and support for sub-brokers.
● Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and update the management on sub-broker acquisition progress and market insights.
Requirements:
● Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
● Experience: 0-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for experience in stock broking, financial services, or related industries.
● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
● Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
● Customer Focus: Ability to identify and address the specific needs of sub-brokers and offer personalized solutions.
● Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, stock market platforms, and basic financial software.
