Position: IT Recruiter
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role( for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, actively sourcing and hiring technical talent, and overseeing the recruiting process from start to finish. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for improving and expanding our recruiting strategies to better find and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
Experience in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
