As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Noida. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges, and translate them into effective ERP solutions. • Conduct detailed analysis of client's existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. • Configure and customize ERP modules to align with client's business needs while adhering to best practices and industry standards. • Provide expertise in ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Human Resources, etc., and offer recommendations for process optimization. • Lead and participate in workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions. • Assist in data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities to ensure accurate and reliable data within the ERP system. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and ERP advancements to provide innovative solutions to clients. • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients post-implementation. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise in at least one major ERP platform (e.g., Customized ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). • Strong understanding of business processes across multiple domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR. • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ERP modules to meet client requirements. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams. • Problem-solving mindset and ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. • Project management skills and experience leading workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project engagements. • Relevant ERP certifications are a plus.
