Role & responsibilities:
-Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals.
-Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
-Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
-Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
-Drafting and posting job descriptions.
-Line up interviews for our clients and follow up with candidates
-Expert in End to End recruitment
Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)
-Freshers or 0-3 yrs of experience in Bulk hirings
-Should have own Laptop and mobile
-Very Good Communication skills in English Language
-Knowledge of Microsoft excel
-Update and maintain google drive and sheet
Location: Remote Job
Compensation
Compensation 15k- 17k for freshers (Plus Huge Incentives)
20k - 25k for experienced (Plus Huge Incentives)
Timings 10 am - 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
