We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to
evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include various activities like sourcing candidates online,
updating job ads and conducting background checks. You will play an important part in building a strong
employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified
Review and understand open job positions.
Source, screen and schedule interviews for various roles & positions (majority in Banking, Insurance, Asset
Management & Technology hiring etc.)
Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
Conduct telephones interviews to further qualify applicants for all open position
.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
Ensure timely communications with all candidates and hiring managers.
Utilize various social media avenues for recruitment.
Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events if required, for instance, campus hiring,
recruitment drives, etc.
Responsibilities may also include coordinating work/life activities, performing benefits administration, revising
policies and procedures, and performing cost benefit analysis.
This position will be 95% recruiting and 5% administrative task, including ATS maintenance, regular follow up,
