Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs.
Source candidates via job boards, Electrical Engineer, Site Engineer, Architect Engineer, Accounts & Finance etc.

Conduct interviews to assess skills and fit.
Manage the recruitment process from scheduling to offer extension.
Maintain candidate records in our tracking system.
Build relationships with candidates and clients.
Stay updated on recruitment trends.

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Atleast 1 years Experience in non-IT recruitment sectors (e.g., Engineers, Other Staffs).
Strong communication and multitasking skills.
Proficient in recruitment software and social media.
