Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 0-1 year of experience to join our team in Bangalore. As a Junior Consultant, you will be part of a high-performing team working on the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will receive on-the-job training and mentorship to develop your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and contribute to key client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.) under the guidance of senior consultants.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand HR business processes and support the translation of those processes into SAP SuccessFactors configurations.
Help with system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure the successful deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Assist with the creation of training materials and user documentation for end-users.
Participate in data migration, integration, and system upgrades to enhance the SAP SuccessFactors system.
Learn and apply best practices in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and HR technology solutions.
Participate in internal workshops and training programs to develop skills and certifications in SAP SuccessFactors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
0-1 year of experience with SAP SuccessFactors or any HR software solutions (internships, academic projects, or training in SAP SuccessFactors are highly encouraged).
A strong interest in learning and growing in SAP SuccessFactors or other SAP HCM modules.
Basic understanding of HR business processes such as recruitment, performance management, employee data management, compensation, etc.
Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a desire to learn and improve technical skills.
Experience with basic database management, Excel, or other reporting tools is a plus.
Exposure to SAP or other enterprise software systems is a bonus.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (or any other relevant HR software certification) is a plus, but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to SAP HCM or other HRIS systems (either through internships, projects, or certifications).
Basic knowledge of HR processes or an academic background in HR is advantageous.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning is a plus.
