Requirements for Language Speakers at OYO India: Proficiency in the Required Languages: Fluent in German, Dutch, or Italian (spoken). Ability to effectively communicate with international customers and support teams. Educational Qualifications: B1 to C2 Experience: For freshers: Basic knowledge and some experience in customer service or language roles are welcome. For experienced professionals: Previous work in customer support, sales, translation, or similar roles is preferred. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability, multitasking, and time management. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Role Expectations: Provide customer service in the respective language. Handle queries, complaints, and support requests in the designated language. Working Environment: WFO in Noida WFH in india. Job Description 40 Customer Service Language Specialist The salary budget for freshers would be between 5 to 6 LPA and for experienced staff would be 10-12 LPA. There will be 2 levels of interviews - Language and Business Round.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities : · Service Inbound Calls: o Handling Inbound service calls for Homeowner and Agency business and helping partners with resolution within defined TAT. o Connecting over mails with partners in case needed for resolving issues highlighted in service calls. o Connecting with stakeholders to share required info with Partners. · Service Outbound Calls: o To check for Partner performance through internal system o Sharing performance insights with partners and suggesting ways to improve them o Connecting with Agency partners on a regular basis to share performance insights. · Sales Outbound call: o New listing- To do Outbound calls to get more new listings from new registration or cold calling leads and sharing them offers over mails. Doing multiple follow-ups with partner to close the deal o Reactivation- To win back past churned partners by calling these partners and sharing customized offer mailers with them. Following up with partners to close the deal. o Renewals- Connecting with partners to renew their listings via mail and calling. Sharing customized offers with them and listing insights to increase conversion. o Additional Listings from existing owner- If any owner already has listing with Traum, share performance insights for his existing listing and pitching partner offer for new listing. o Value added services- Selling Top listing, Multilingual international website, translation services, Traum connect or any new product to partners via calling or mailers. · Sales Inbound Call o Handling inbound calls for new listings, reactivation, renewals and value additional services o Try to sell the required product to the partner by pitching over call or sharing offer mailers. o Following up with partner via outbound calls with partners. o In case this call required special attention, redirecting the call to specialized team.
