Proficiency in the Required Languages:
Fluent in German, Dutch, or Italian (spoken).

Experience:
For freshers: Basic knowledge and some experience in customer service or language roles are welcome.
For experienced professionals: Previous work in customer support, sales, translation, or similar roles is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving ability, multitasking, and time management.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Role Expectations:
Provide customer service in the respective language.
Handle queries, complaints, and support requests in the designated language.

40 Customer Service Language Specialist
The salary budget for freshers would be between 5 to 6 LPA and for experienced staff would be 10-12 LPA.
There will be 2 levels of interviews - Language and Business Round.
