Roles and Responsibilities
Manage attendance and leave records for employees.
Process payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR administration.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and information.
Provide support in recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in HR generalist role or similar field.
Proficiency in attendance management systems ( Excel , Software)
Ready to extend work time if required.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
