ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating all pre-onboarding schedules, meetings with leadership, clarifying inquiries to the team, sharing joining formalities emails, forms, etc. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification, updates records, and informs the business on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Exit Management
- Maintains compliance with state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and maintain compliance. Managing POSH training and compliance.
- Payroll monitoring and keeping records up-to-date; Evaluating reimbursements to send to Accounts; On boarding vendors for recruitment, employee benefit services, and driving them from time to time
- Rewards & Recognition: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual R&R to be rolled out without any misses as per the SOPs. Generate interest and better participation
- Leave management across all functions
- Generation of offer letters, revision letters, termination letters, LORs, etc.
- Insurance management and issuing the Medi cards.
- Profile Creations for team members within the organization format.
Good to Have: Certification in HR Generalist, Experience working with small to mid-size IT organisations, Working with Senior Leadership, MBA in HR
