Role & responsibilities
HR Generalist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, automation, etc.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening of applicants, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications.
Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Research market trends and competitive benefit offerings to design a comprehensive program.
Assist in developing employee benefits programs.
Support end-to-end HR automation initiatives and maintain HR systems.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the automation tools. Ensure that the tools address the specific needs of the HR department and improve overall efficiency.
Coordinate the implementation process, ensuring that HR automation systems are integrated smoothly with existing systems and processes. Monitor timelines and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills & Experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources generalist role

Education
First class bachelors degree in civil engineering from recognized university/institute.
