Job Description: HR Generalist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR generalist to oversee the entire employee lifecycle and manage HR operations at both corporate and factory levels. The ideal candidate will excel in onboarding to offboarding processes, compliance management, and fostering a productive relationship between the corporate office and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
Coordinate and execute onboarding processes, including documentation, induction programs, and system setup.
Manage employee data and ensure compliance with internal policies and labour laws.
Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and role changes, ensuring seamless transitions.
Oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance, and full-and-final settlements.
Factory HR Management
Act as the primary HR point of contact for factory employees.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations, and safety norms.
Collaborate with factory management to resolve employee grievances and enhance workforce morale.
Conduct regular factory visits to monitor HR practices, resolve issues, and ensure policy implementation.
HR Operations and Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
Oversee payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements like PF, ESI, and labour welfare measures.
Prepare and submit HR compliance reports for audits and inspections.
Employee Engagement
Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Conduct periodic surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and recommend improvements.
Implement initiatives for performance management and recognition programs.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
Manage contracts for temporary staff and labour contractors.
Grievance Handling and Conflict Resolution
Serve as a mediator to resolve employee concerns and grievances effectively.
Ensure adherence to company policies and manage disciplinary actions when necessary.
Work Environment:
Split time between corporate office and factory site, requiring occasional travel.
High level of interaction with employees, management
