Job Summary As an HR Generalist at WN Infotech, you will play a key role in supporting the human resources function of the company. You will be responsible for various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Your Role and Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits. Handle employee relations matters by providing guidance to managers and employees, investigating employee complaints, and facilitating conflict resolution. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and development. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. Qualification & Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a human resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
