HR and Admin Executive
Job Summary
SeekRight AI Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized HR and Admin Executive to manage HR functions and ensure smooth administrative operations. This role involves essential administrative tasks such as visa arrangements, flight ticket bookings, and other support functions. Additionally, the role includes handling HR documentation and generalist activities, making it ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Handle various generalist HR activities, including attendance management, leave tracking, and updating HR files.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
• Conduct training and development programs to ensure employees' growth and performance improvement.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related statutory obligations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safe storage of sensitive employee information.
• Maintain and update company policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents.
Administration
Oversee office management functions, including managing office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
• Handle travel arrangements for employees, including visa processing, flight ticket bookings and accommodation.
• Coordinate with travel agencies to ensure all travel documentation is processed efficiently.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, and other related documentation.
• Track administrative budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Manage inventory and maintain proper record
Petty cash to be maintained
• Ensure the smooth operation of office activities and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Experience in handling HR documentation and generalist HR activities.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
