Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring they complete necessary paperwork and are introduced to the company's culture and policies.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
Help manage conflict resolution, employee complaints, and support initiatives for maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Support payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure company policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, including personnel files and performance reviews.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisal processes and help track employee progress.
Maintain records of performance feedback and disciplinary actions when applicable.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
Contribute to various HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and company events.
Assist with research and implementation of new HR programs or tools.
Skills Required:
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized, especially in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Ability to approach HR challenges with creative solutions and provide support to employees and managers.
HRKnowledge: Familiarity with HR processes, compliance requirements, and labor laws.
