About the Role We are looking for a motivated HR Fresher to join our financial management company in the BFSI sector. As an HR Fresher, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions and assisting in various HR activities. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and enhance your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with candidate selection. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and the new hires are properly introduced to the company culture. Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in preparing employee contracts, joining formalities, and handling other HR documentation. HR Support & Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team in various day-to-day activities. Assist in preparing HR reports, tracking attendance, and monitoring employee leaves. Help with the implementation of HR policies and procedures within the company. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Help in addressing employee queries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary. Learning & Development: Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees. Maintain records of employee training sessions and track progress. Key Requirements Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software is a plus. Location: Bhillai, Baroda, Suraj, Ahemadabad,Raipur,Rajkot
