Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, Naukri, X-Ray search etc.), and employee referrals to attract qualified candidates.
Recruitment: Internal & External recruitment
Screening and Shortlisting: Conduct preliminary screening of candidates through phone interviews and technical assessments to ensure a good fit for the role.
Database Management: Maintain a robust candidate database to ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
Market Research: Keep up to date with trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices to source and attract top talent.
Reporting: Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly & Annual recruitment metrics and reports to lead.
