Sourcing & Screening of resumes from online job portals & Database based on requirements. Conducting telephonic interviews of the screened & shortlisted candidates. Sharing job profile with the candidate, while conducting the telephonic interview in detail Taking consent from the candidate for the conveyed profile for face to face interview round with respective company Lining up of candidates from face to face interview rounds based on a short listing from company side. Taking feedback from client company on the interviews done. Coordinating with the client company HR Team in offer generation and documentation collection. Follow up with the candidate till joining. Daily Reporting & Submission of daily MIS to seniors.

Apart to Salary, candidate will be eligible for performance linked incentives and Salary hikes on quarterly basis. Eligibility Required : Education : Minimum Graduation i.e. any Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream can walk in for interview.. Salary Range: 15,000 to 20,000 per month plus performance based incentives Salary will be offered based on interview output and the overall knowledge / education or work experience of the candidate. Apart to Salary, candidate will be eligible for performance linked incentives and Salary hikes on quarterly basis. Eligibility Required : Education : Minimum Graduation i.e. any Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream can walk in for interview..
