Role & responsibilities Role & responsibilities - Responsible for online quality of product on machine, test, analyse and report and feed to production - Inspection of finished product, Raw material, packaging material, - Maintaining documents related to ISO, BRCGS, FSMS , Sedex and other certifications. - Work in shifts - Conduct Testing as per standards and SOPS. Safely handle lab chemicals - Generate COA for approved lots and batches - Operate lab instrument and Equipment. - Follow GLP and best practices within area. - Sample preparation - Basics Process and Equipment Knowledge Follow guidelines and instruction from superior. - Provide support in all statutory and regulatory audits. - Create SOPS, WIs and test methods. - Follow up with each department for internal and external audit NC closing. - Train and Educate team member in drafting NCs and guide them in closing - Coordinate with cross functional team for required documents for compliance. - Maintaining documents related to ISO, BRCGS, FSMS , Sedex and other certifications. - Keep a track of NCs , certification renewals, and third party certifications Follow guidelines and instruction from superior.
