Accounts Executive Job Description
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using
accounting software.
* Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases,
payments & receipts, and journal entries.
* Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses
entries by compiling and analysing account information.
* Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying,
allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving
discrepancies.
* Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts,
preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
* Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as recording
financial transactions and daily routine as per company policy.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to
ensure accuracy.
* Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business
transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase
Order etc.
* Finalization of Accounts & comply with the provisions of GST,
TDS & ITR including knowledge of filling their returns.
* Experience in accounts payable processes.
* Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
