Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer, who will be in responsible for creating content that will develop the company's digital presence and shape its brand image. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to create user manuals, API documentation, and technical blogs that not only inform but also enhance the user experience. You will be the voice behind our technical content, crafting compelling narratives that drive our brand forward and establish us as a thought leader in cloud technologies and cyber security. Your work will not just inform but inspire and engage our audience across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:  Create, modify and publish various technical configuration and implementation documents to support the end users.  Collaborate with the product development, Engineering, and sales team to create product related documentation, knowledge base articles and to develop new content ideas based on their knowledge.  Research and write compelling content for blog, email, social media, website, eBook, etc.  Formulate content strategies to build a brand image that increase website traffic, lead generation, and sales.  Leverage your expertise in SEO and content development to craft digital content that enhances our visibility on search engines and showcases our company as a leader within the industry.  Write content on industry topics such Technology trends, Cloud service, Container solutions, etc…  Identify customer’s needs, gaps in our content and recommend new solutions.  Proof-read and ensure content consistency, check for plagiarism & AI content detection.  Monitor Performance on content strategies using analytical tools and devise action plans to improve the performance.  Provide guidance to junior writers and ensure content consistency with our brand voice. Requirements:  3 to 5 years of experience in technical content writing, particularly in cloud technologies, Cyber security, Cloud technologies & Infrastructure.  Track record of creating content strategies that have produced significant results, including increases in website traffic, lead generation, and sales.  Expertise in content strategy, SEO, and digital marketing. Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and accurate content.  Familiarity with SEO tools (such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, MOZ, and Screaming Frog) for keyword research and strategy, along with a solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.  Experience mentoring and training teams, managing content projects, and collaborating across departments.  Must be research-oriented with good analytical skills.  Excellent command over English with an ability to create unique content.  Ability to multitasks, prioritize, and manage time efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
