Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client’s team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 5 years of experience in human resources and be well-versed in managing payroll, Employee State Insurance (ESI), Provident Fund (PF), and other HR functions. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement. Create and issue offer letters to new hires and maintain employment records. Handle all aspects of ESI and PF, including compliance with regulations and timely contributions. Prepare and manage relevant Challans for ESI and PF payments. Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes. Maintain HR databases and generate reports as required. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies and benefits. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews as needed. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of ESI, PF, payroll processes, and compliance requirements. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Certified in HR-related courses or relevant certification
