Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our team as an SAP MM (Materials Management) Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your skills in SAP, the world's leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, while working in the fast-paced field of materials management. You will receive training and mentoring to help you become a key player in managing the organization’s procurement, inventory, and material requirements. Key Responsibilities : Assist in managing materials procurement and inventory processes using SAP MM module. Work closely with the procurement team to understand and support the creation and maintenance of purchase orders, material master data, and vendor management. Support the daily operations of the materials management system by processing purchase requisitions and managing stock levels. Help analyze material requirements and suggest ways to optimize procurement costs. Learn and apply SAP MM configuration to create reports and improve processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth materials flow across the organization. Assist in preparing reports related to material management, procurement, inventory levels, and purchasing activities. Contribute to identifying and resolving system and process issues. Participate in SAP MM module testing and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interest in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Preferred (but not required): Internship or academic projects related to SAP MM or supply chain management. Knowledge of supply chain management or procurement concepts. Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes. Training and Development: Comprehensive on-the-job training in SAP MM module. Access to SAP learning resources and certification support. Ongoing mentorship and guidance from senior SAP consultants and team members.
