Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Consultant. As an SAP FICO fresher, you will be trained in the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, which are critical for managing financial transactions and reporting in an organization. You will work closely with senior consultants to understand business processes, assist in the implementation of SAP FICO solutions, and support day-to-day financial operations in SAP. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the configuration and implementation of the SAP FICO module, focusing on financial accounting, cost controlling, and internal/external reporting. Work with the business team to gather and understand financial requirements, ensuring SAP configurations align with business needs. Support the configuration of key SAP FICO components, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data. Participate in testing SAP FICO functionality, including writing test cases, executing tests, and resolving issues. Provide support for end-users regarding SAP FICO functionality, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. Assist in SAP FICO data migration activities, ensuring smooth data transition from legacy systems to SAP. Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure seamless integration of financial data. Continuously update knowledge of SAP FICO best practices, new features, and emerging trends. Document business processes, configuration settings, and troubleshooting steps for reference. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles, cost management, and business operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop in the SAP environment. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
