Job Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an SAP PP/QM (Production Planning and Quality Management) Consultant. As a fresher in SAP PP/QM, you will receive hands-on training and support in learning about production planning, material management, and quality management processes within the SAP ERP environment. You will work closely with senior consultants and business teams to understand business requirements and help in configuring, supporting, and optimizing the SAP PP/QM modules. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration and implementation of the SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) modules, focusing on production scheduling, material planning, and quality control processes. Collaborate with the business team to understand their production and quality management needs, and help translate them into SAP configurations. Support in the setup of Master Data in SAP PP/QM, such as Bill of Materials (BOM), work centers, routings, and production versions. Assist in configuring and managing Production Orders, Planned Orders, and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP PP. Participate in testing the functionality of SAP PP/QM modules, writing test cases, and executing tests for production planning and quality management processes. Support quality management processes within SAP, including quality inspections, defect management, and quality notifications. Work on production and material master data, ensuring the accurate configuration of production processes, material tracking, and stock movements in SAP. Provide basic support to end-users, addressing issues related to production planning, quality management, and system integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SAP MM, SD, FICO) to ensure seamless integration of PP/QM with other modules. Continuously learn about SAP PP/QM features and enhancements, helping the team stay up-to-date with best practices. Document processes, configurations, and solutions related to SAP PP/QM. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality management principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group tasks. A positive attitude and eagerness to support senior consultants and team members.
