Reports to: CFO_TAXIDA
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Generalist to support the Hiring process. The ideal candidate should be 1-5 Years of experience will assist with daily Employee monitoring , HR operations , MIS & employee queries . This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely Employee assistance in Hiring & benefits and supporting the smooth operation of the Employee engagement
Sourcing Responsibilities:
Should be able to handle End to End Recruitment
Sourcing resumes through Job portals, social media references, and other sources
Screening profiles according to the job specifications
Conducting the first level of interviews and salary negotiations with prospective candidates
Coordination Pre joining engagement with the candidates till successful onboarding.
Generalist Responsibilities:
Manage employee life cycle including onboarding, Orientation, Employee Relations and Exit interview, and HRMS portal updates.
Maintain and update the employee database and was responsible to prepare reports on various HR Metrics i.e. Attrition Tracker, Master data, etc.
Prepares the offer letter/Confirmation letter/ Pay revision letter and relieving letter and monthly HR report.
Submit monthly Salary inputs/deductions/LOPs with the Accounts team & collect Proof of investment based on the declaration and submit it to the accounts team.
Coordinating with employees on Various HR Activities in the Organization.
Managing Employee relationships by addressing grievances.
Responsible to prepare & share various HR communications with employees.
Work with the HR team for the appraisal process of all the employees in coordination with department heads, following standards, procedures, and timelines defined by management.
Requirements:-
MBA Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
1 years to 5 years experience in HR.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
