Project Planning and Management:
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to closeout.
Create detailed project plans and specifications.
Team Leadership and Supervision:
Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
Supervise and monitor the work of construction crews and subcontractors.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Monitor construction progress and identify potential problems early on.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and building codes.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Communicate project status and progress to clients regularly.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts.
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and manage project financial reports.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess potential project risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project risks and take corrective action as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Extensive experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale construction projects.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant software. (Auto Cad, SAP)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and codes.
