Monitoring the improvement of major defects and providing the feedback to the supervisor on a continuous basis till the issues have been resolved. Assuring implementation of SOP's in all areas related to coating and plating. Conduction and coordinating supplier audit related to special process (Coating /Plating / painting). Desired Candidate Profile Maintain 5"S" and initiate the continual improvement, Kaizen & POKA YOKE in the process, Excellent skill and knowledge in using and maintaining Analysis equipment and test equipment. Familiar with QC tools and ISO9001.
