Location: Gurgaon Work Schedule: 6 days working, 10 am-7pm Job Overview: As a Doctor Network Associate at Jivo, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion efforts into the African market. Your primary responsibility will be to onboard African doctors from targeted African countries onto the Jivo platform, facilitating their integration and ensuring they can effectively serve patients in need. This role demands a blend of language proficiency, persuasive communication skills, and highest ownership along with willing to get their hands dirty. Roles and responsibilities: ● International Business Development: Play a key role in acquiring and expanding our network of doctors in Africa. Your efforts will directly impact our growth and presence in the region. ● Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our African doctors, ensuring they have the support they need to deliver exceptional care. ● Patient Assistance: Provide comprehensive on ground support to international patients, including accompanying them to medical appointments, treatments, and follow-ups. ● Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for international patients, addressing their concerns, queries, and needs promptly and professionally. ● Documentation: Assist patients with necessary documentation, including medical records, insurance paperwork, and other relevant documents. Requirements ● Graduates of 2025 ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment. ● Comfort in navigating uncertainty. ● Language adaptability: English and French ● B2 Level certified or pursuing for the students applying for Business Development Associate French role is mandatory.
