Manage the End-to-End recruitment Process from sourcing to On-boarding.
Develop and Implement Innovative hiring strategies to attract top Talents.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as Job Portals, Social media, Networking & Employee referrals.
Conduct initial Screenings, Schedule interviews & coordinate with client (Hiring Managers) for final Selection.
Negotiating job offers & compensation packages with the candidates.
Offer releasing and joining formalities - On boarding Process.
Followup with the candidate & Client until joining.
Maintain & Update hiring reports for tracking recruitment process.
Employee engement.
Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written) & Interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Any other work assigned by the management.
