Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing user manuals, help guides, API documentation, whitepapers, and other technical content that effectively communicates complex information to a diverse audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and online help content. Work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to understand product functionality and translate complex concepts into simple, user-friendly documentation. Create and update API documentation to support developers integrating with Effivity products. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure instructional content aligns with the products user experience. Develop whitepapers, case studies, and other technical marketing content to showcase product capabilities. Organize and structure content using best practices in information architecture. Manage document version control and updates as software features evolve. Research industry trends and implement best practices in technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the software or technology industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, MS Word, and Markdown. Knowledge in creating API documentation using Swagger, Postman, or similar tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and XML is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality documentation.
