Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Organizing workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Managing payroll, handling employee benefits, and addressing compensation-related queries
Strong verbal and written communication is vital for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders
Managing multiple tasks such as recruitment, training, and payroll requires excellent time management and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR tools and the ability to analyze employee data help streamline processes and support decision-making
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Supporting managers with HR-related issues
Ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR practices
Involve in Recruitment and hiring of the candidates.
0.6-2 Years of relevant experience is required.

Work from Office only and should be flexible for anywhere in Hyderabad.
