Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP ABAP HR Fresher to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, particularly in HR module (HCM) contexts, and a strong willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing, testing, and implementing custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms in SAP HR using ABAP. - Understand and work with HR-specific infotypes, data clusters, and logical databases (e.g., PNP, PCH). - Support the creation of custom payroll reports and integration scenarios. - Collaborate with functional HR consultants and senior ABAP developers for requirements gathering and technical design. - Perform unit testing and debugging of programs. - Maintain documentation for technical specifications and code changes. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and HR practices. 📚 Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree - Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming. - Exposure to SAP HR (HCM) concepts is a strong plus. - Understanding of programming concepts like modularization, loops, and conditional statements. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
