Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including on-boarding, documentation, attendance, and compliance
Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance redressal during night shift
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure employee satisfaction and adherence to HR policies
Support exit processes and employee lifecycle management
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist
Must have handled 500+ employees in an HR capacity
comfortable working night shifts
