Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career in business analysis and consulting. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders - Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements - Create functional specifications, process flows, and business models - Assist in bridging the gap between business needs and technical teams - Support data analysis and reporting using Excel, SQL, or other tools - Participate in testing, validation, and implementation of solutions - Help prepare presentations and reports for clients and internal teams Required Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Basic knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques - Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools - Understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum (bonus, not mandatory) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or any related field
