Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or aspiring data professionals to gain hands-on experience in analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources - Use Excel, SQL, and/or Python to analyze data sets - Create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel - Assist in generating reports and presenting findings to internal teams - Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs - Support senior analysts in projects and research tasks Required Skills: - Basic knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) - Familiarity with SQL and data querying (preferred but not mandatory) - Understanding of data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio - Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or any related field
