- Developing and Implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
- Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human Capital
- Develop monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across organization
- Nurture positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
- Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance through human resource management Skills-
- 3 to 5 years of proven work experience as a Human Resource Manager
- People-oriented, results driven
- Demonstrative experience with human resource metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and Database
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationship at all levels of the company
- Educational Qualification - MBA/PGDBM - HR from a premier institute with experience of 3-5 years
