Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Drive the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job descriptions to successful hires. Collaborate with managers to understand staffing requirements and hire top talent. Design and deliver effective onboarding programs that integrate new hires into the company seamlessly. 2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our company values. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building events. Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns and fostering open communication. 3. HR Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits management. Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain and manage HR records with a focus on confidentiality and accuracy. 4. Performance Management & Learning Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, providing guidance to managers and employees. Identify training needs and implement development programs to enhance employee skills. Promote a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth. 5. Policy Development & Strategic HR Support Review, update, and implement HR policies that align with the companys goals and legal requirements. Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Generate and analyze HR metrics to provide insights for decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4–7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the trading or manufacturing sectors. Strong knowledge of HR practices and compliance requirements. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
