1. Associate: Content Writer Requirements: This position requires a candidate who will create high-quality and ORIGINAL (ZERO plagiarism allowed) content for blogs, whitepapers, reports, and marketing pages for a specific product and Software Development Services. The quality of the content must be in accordance with the company standards and must be aligned with the company/product growth plans. Collaborate with the Marketing team, Designers, Developers, and Business Analysts to gather information to make the content informative for the target audience. You should have the ability to evaluate and analyze complex information second to none, and you must have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand. Experience: 0 to 2 years Education: Mass Communication, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (IT), M.Tech, MCA or M. Sc(IT) Candidates. 2. Associate: Technical Writer Requirements: This position will require your close collaboration with the Product Owner, Project Development Team, and QA Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, editing, and formatting documents to meet specified guidelines, style, and branding standards. Key responsibilities include developing, revising, and refining technical manuscripts, and creating engaging tutorial videos to complement the written documentation. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly content are essential. Experience: 0 to 2 year of experience in technical writing or editing. NOTE: This is purely a technical writing position; project management and other tasks will not be assigned. Experience or basic knowledge in documentation writing and tutorial video creation. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a must. Familiarity with Camtasia, SnagIt, Canva, Figma and graphic design is a PLUS. Preferable Industry: IT-Software / Software Services / E-commerce Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Computers, MCA, M.Tech in Computers
